Service Descriptions & Package Inclusions

Each detailing package may include different services, depending on the level of service and your vehicle’s condition. The descriptions provided online or over the phone are general summaries and may not list every included or excluded item. If you have any questions about what’s included, we’re happy to provide a detailed breakdown before any work begins.

Additional Services & Custom Requests

If you require services beyond what's included in your selected package—such as deep stain removal, pet hair cleanup, or other specialty requests—these must be discussed and approved before your appointment. Additional services will result in additional charges.

Pre-Service Agreement

All services and pricing are confirmed during your initial consultation. Once approved, this agreement reflects the full scope of work. Any adjustments or requests made after work has started may affect pricing or completion time.

Post-Service & Vehicle Pickup

We encourage every customer to inspect their vehicle at the time of pickup. Taking possession of your vehicle indicates you are satisfied with the service provided. Once the vehicle leaves our lot, we cannot offer rework or compensation for items not discussed or addressed beforehand.
